Two new developments were announced for the Mowbray Shopping Centre,June 26,2002.
This latest announcement brings $600,000 worth of improvements to the area includes upgrading of the former bank building on the Invermay side of Mowbray Market place and 2 new shops at the front entrance of the Market Place.
Mowbray Market Place is occupied by 12 tenants,7 of which are national retailers.
Product lines available with this latest development include womens clothing and shoes,jeans,menswear and electrical.
The operators are looking to provide photographic,jewellery and pharmaceutical tenancies in the near future.
